clean, well located, excellent staff. beds are amazing. free coffee is a nice bonus. bathroom is small but sufficient for 2 people. the apartment is close to the metro, albeit a bit difficult to find at night.

As a family on our first trip, we felt really safe and invited at Levante Rathaus. The clean and spacious apartment had a nice temperature and enough blankets. Diana and her Serbian/Polish colleague at reception were friendly and provided great recommendations for nearby places. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was lovely. Zoubeida also offered helpful advice at checkout. We highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay.

Clean, modern apartment with big bed. Central location, polite staff. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Very cosy with mezzanine bed and courtyard view. Close to city center, good internet. Pleasantly warm in snowy weather. Amazing location with plenty of playgrounds and ice cream parlors. Regularly cleaned and unintrusive service.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The trams to Schottentor were easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-designed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the welcome drink and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offered a variety of services such as room service, car hire, and laundry, which made our stay even more convenient. we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was commendable. I particularly appreciated the location, as the trams to Schottentor were just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room, including the free coffee and tea, were a nice touch. We also enjoyed having a balcony, which provided a lovely view. The fact that breakfast was included in the price was a bonus.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is updating the furniture and kitchen tools, as mentioned in previous reviews.

The location of the apartment was very convenient, as it was on the outskirts of the city center. We were able to easily access all the sightseeing points and attractions. the apartment was very near Rathaus U, which made it easy for us to zip to the train station. It was also handy to be able to duck into the apartment in the middle of the day between activities.

The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep comfortably during the hot summer nights.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities of this apartment. The spacious living room and bedroom were veryvery comfy and tidy. The small kitchenette was functional and well-equipped with essential appliances. The bathroom was adequate and kept clean. The location in a charming older residential area was perfect, as it was close to the city center and just a short walk to Rathaus metro station. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
